To provide competitive FOB quotations, rapid garment sampling, and end-to-end production management, we collect the following categories of information:
Corporate Contact Details
Company name, contact person, designation, business email, phone number, and delivery destination.
Product & RFQ Specifications
Tech-packs, size specs, yarn/fabric composition, target MOQ, pantone color codes, and packaging requirements.
3. Tech-Pack & Proprietary Design Confidentiality
All measurement sheets, CAD pattern files, tech-packs, brand label artworks, and proprietary sample specifications provided by the buyer remain the exclusive intellectual property of the buyer. KR Corporation strictly prohibits unauthorized reproduction, cross-sharing with other clients, or secondary market leakage.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Generating accurate Proforma Invoices (PI) and FOB/CIF price calculations.
- Executing lab dips, strike-offs, fit counter-samples, and managing bulk manufacturing lines.
- Conducting Japanese JIS quality inspection, 100% Hashima needle detection, and generating inspection certificates.
- Preparing export documentation (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Packing Lists) and customs coordination.
5. Data Security & Technical Measures
All web communications, quotation requests, and portal logins are encrypted via industry-standard 256-Bit SSL certificates. Access to client databases and production files is restricted on a need-to-know basis to designated merchandisers, pattern masters, and QA inspectors.
6. Third-Party Disclosures & Logistics Partners
We do not sell, rent, or monetize client data. Information is only shared with authorized third parties essential for trade execution—such as certified international shipping lines, freight forwarders, accredited inspection agencies (e.g., SGS, Intertek upon buyer request), and customs authorities.
7. Your Privacy Rights & Opt-Out
Buyers and registered users have the right to request access to, rectification of, or deletion of their personal and corporate records stored in our systems. Inquiries will be addressed promptly upon identity verification.
